Brandon Olinger
Broker Owner
Brandon was born in Kingsport Tennessee and moved to the Chattanooga area at a young age where he now resides with his wife and two children. Throughout his childhood he visited his family’s farm in the Sequatchie Valley where he spent countless hours in the woods camping, hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. His passion for networking with others who share an appreciation for the outdoors has led to many great conservation and educational efforts. He has gained valuable experience working alongside organizations such as The Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Quality Deer Management Association and several other conservation groups.
Brandon was introduced to the real estate industry through his late Grandfather, George Morgan, who owned George Morgan Properties. After receiving his business degree from Tennessee Tech University, he followed his passion and went to work for a large land developer to help market and sell mountain and river properties on the Upper Cumberland Plateau. While selling rural land, Brandon realized a need for helping novice buyers navigate the complex land purchase process. In 2007, Brandon founded a land based brokerage with a focus on bringing the buyer to their perfect piece of property.
Through many years of experience, Brandon has learned that every client and transaction is unique in its own way. He also believes that staying on top of the land market is invaluable. Brandon prides himself on working hard and listening to his clients needs to find the right property, all while having their best interests in mind.
